We take the boring bit seriously: proper 50–75mm compacted Type-1 sub-base, sharp-sand levelling layer, weed membrane, then the grass cut to shape and U-pinned or adhered at every seam. You get a lawn that stays flat, drains properly, and still looks good in ten years.
